Following the successful refurbishment of The Fringe Bar, Swan Street, Manchester, Jenkins Design Services was appointed as architectural and interior designers to transform this new venue adjacent to the popular location of Castlefield & Deansgate Locks. Undertaking structural alterations to form a new beer store at first floor level, to accommodate locally brewed & exported CAMRA award winning ales. Installation of a barrel hoist with new external housing to free up ground floor trade area which had previously caused a bottle neck. Full external upgrade and transformation with a large open terrace and sun deck. The scheme benefited from a complete refurbishment, extended catering facilities and bespoke bar upgrade blending British and European styles creating a quirky mix of cosy pub meets trendy bar with a warm and welcoming atmosphere to match.
